About Me

Hello! We are the Breitlow Family - Jay and Christina, our daughters Selom, Naomi and son Hunter.  We have always had a passion for exploration and adventure, thus deciding to settle down in the most amaging and sought after in vacation destinations - Orlando!

We have always tried to move our family closer to actually living with our vocation and our vacation being one and the same.  So we migrated from Africa to Illinois to Colorado and eventually falling in love with Orlando and all it has to offer.  Not just the parks, but the beach, the weather, the diversity and neverending entertainment!

We love helping people from all over the world live the Orlando life!

Our homeowners often live and play in their home for parts of the year! Not only allowing our property owners to realize their family VACATION goals but also to  maximize earning potential with the latest technologies and with a personal, boutique-like experience.

The year round access to get outside is the best thing for us and our family.  We love the diversity of Orlando, the family atmosphere, the parks of course are a bonus for us as we frequent Sea World, Universal and Crayola World often.  

We truly love the fact we can spend time in a Jeep Wrangler with the top down and head anywhere for ice cream any day. Have we mentioned the weather yet?

For vacation rentals in Kissimmee, you'll need to submit a Osceola County tourist development tax (TDT) Application and a business Tax receipt (BTR). For Davenport and Polk county vacation rentals, you'll need to submit a TDT and BTR application. Lastly, you'll also need to register with the State of Florida to acquire a State of Florida License and tax forms issued by the Florida Department of Revenue.
